This policy has been drawn up to meet the requirements of the relevant provisions of the statutes that govern the protection of Personal Information and privacy. Business Information : US Autoparts Car, its Website, App, and Services are business-to-business services provided to our commercial customers to help them meet their business needs. As such, much of the information that we collect from our AutoZone Pro customers relate to their business, including their business’ name, address, zip code, telephone number, email address, financial account information to facilitate transactions with vehicle information, and other information related to their business. Additionally, US Autoparts Car may need to collect information related to an individual’s role within the company to fulfill an order or inquiry with AutoZone Pro, such as the individual’s name, title, location, telephone number, email address, other contact information, information related to an “AutoZone Commercial” Account with the Website, and other information. We will also collect your email address and a password that you choose when you request an “AutoZone Commercial” account with the Websites.

Personal Information : AutoZone may collect the following “Personal Information” about you when you use our Services: your name, address, zip code, telephone number, email address, gender, age, date of birth, and information about your automobile (such as your Vehicle Identification Number (“VIN”) and year). AutoZone may also collect your credit card information and billing address when you provide US Autoparts Car with such information, such as when you buy products in our Stores and on our Website; however your payment card information is passed securely to our payment card processor and is not stored by US Autoparts Car. We will also collect your email address and a password that you choose when you create a personal “My Account” with the Websites or “My Account” account within the Apps. We may also collect location-related information and information related to your purchase and product interest history.

Generic Information : Generic Information may include data that relates to Website pages viewed and visit duration, App usage, device information, your IP address information, your browser or operating system information, or other information that relates to your interaction with our Websites or Apps. In some situations, Generic Information may be used or combined in a way that it identifies you, your company, or your position within your company. In those situations, such information will be treated like Business Information or Personal Information, as applicable.

Cookies & Tracking Data : The Websites and Apps may use third party products and services to gather anonymous traffic statistics using cookies and web beacons. A cookie is a small piece of information stored on your device that helps the Websites, Apps and multiple servers recognize you. US Autoparts Car and its third-party service providers may also use other tracking technologies such as pixels, or transparent GIF files, for app and web site management and user tracking. For the application of this policy, "Personal Information" means any information which relates to a natural person and allows that person to be identified.

US Autoparts Car transmits non-personally identifiable Generic Information about app and website users to third parties for the purpose of analyzing cross-device engagement and targeted advertisements, including on other sites. To do this, Us Autoparts Car uses web beacons in conjunction with cookie data. Us Autoparts Car may also use third party companies to provide advertising services and/or to collect certain information when you visit and interact with the Websites and Apps. These third-party companies may collect and use non-personally identifiable Generic Information (e.g., click stream information, browser type, time and date, subject of advertisements clicked or scrolled over) during your visit to the Apps and Websites and/or other websites in order to provide advertisements about goods and services likely to be of greater interest to you. To ensure compliance with this policy, US Autoparts Car makes every effort to require that its employees, representatives or agents conduct themselves in a responsible manner with respect to the protection of Personal Information. To this end, it provides them with the appropriate information sessions, or sensitization.

At US Autoparts Car, the protection and confidentiality of Personal Information that it holds is controlled at every stage of the management of this information: the collecting, holding, use, communication and destruction thereof.

At each phase of the management of the Personal Information that UAP holds, it makes sure that it gets consent from the person concerned. I. Information You Give Us : We collect information that you decide to share with us. At times, we may require you to provide certain information – including Personal Information – in order to use certain parts of our Apps and Websites, fulfill your requests with us, or provide you with certain Services. For instance, we will require you to provide your name, address, and payment card information when you make a purchase through our Apps and Websites. We may require you to provide your name, email address or other contact information when you contact us with a question or comment. We will require you to provide your email address if you choose to sign up for our Duralast mailing list. US Autoparts Car will chiefly collect Business Information to fulfill orders between US Autoparts Car and its commercial customers.

II. Information We Obtain When You Use Our Services : We collect certain information from you through your use of our Services, such as App and Website usage data and other Generic information. For instance, in using our Websites and Apps, we may collect information about the device you use to log into, access, and use the Websites and Apps. We may collect other Generic Information in relation to how you use our Websites, Apps, or other Services (for example, aggregate metrics on how often certain pages on our Websites or Apps are accessed and viewed).
  1. Location Information: We may ask you to provide your location information when you use our Apps or Websites, to provide store locations in proximity as well as certain App features and Services. You may choose to disable location tracking; however, certain functions of the Websites and Apps not work properly if you do not share your location.
  2. Aggregate Data: We may use other Generic information such as aggregate data in relation to how you use our Websites, Apps, or other Services.
  3. Other: We collect generic network information to assure the proper optimization for Website and App functionality.
  4. Device Information and Settings: We may ask you to provide your location information when you use our Apps or Websites, to provide store locations in proximity as well as certain App features and Services. You may choose to disable location tracking; however, certain functions of the Websites and Apps not work properly if you do not share your location.
  5. Camera, Photos, and Media Files: As part of your experience, you can upload photos and images from your device to the Apps. In order to do so, the Apps may need to access or modify your camera, your photo gallery, or other parts of your device containing media files.
  6. Phone and Contacts: The Apps may request access to your device’s contacts. It may also need to access your device’s phone functions to directly call phone numbers and read phone status and identity.

Data Retention
US Autoparts Car will retain your Business Information and Personal Information only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Statement. We will retain and use your Personal Information to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes and enforce our legal agreements and policies, and other commercial, retail and/or marketing purposes.

Transfer of Data
US Autoparts Car’s Services are offered and available to individuals in the United States of America. While our Websites and Apps are available for anyone who is interested in US Autoparts Car, we do not sell or make available any products, goods, or other services to individuals outside of the United States, including the European Union. AutoZone is not responsible for the third-party payment processors’ data security practices.

US Autoparts Car applies strict security rules and makes every reasonable commercial effort to ensure the confidentiality of the Personal Information it holds on its customers and the protection thereof against loss, unauthorized access, unauthorized use, duplication or alteration. US Autoparts Car must ensure that these means are reasonable, given in particular, the sensitive nature of such Personal Information, the ultimate aim of its use, its quantity, breakdown and medium.
Furthermore, US Autoparts Car ensures that the Personal Information contained on paper is kept under lock and key, and under the responsibility of a specified individual.   12. We may also use “automatically collected” information and “cookie” information to: personalize our services, such as remembering your information so that you will not have to re-enter it during your visit or the next time you visit the Websites or Apps;

In particular, e-mail must not be used to communicate a message or documents containing Personal Information without the consent of the person concerned, unless appropriate measures have been taken to ensure the communication is secure and confidential.
Where Personal Information held by US Autoparts Car is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, US Autoparts Car ensures that any document containing Personal Information, regardless of the medium, is destroyed using a process that ensures the confidentiality of the information it contains.
US Autoparts Car undertakes to inform any person who so requests that it holds information about such person, what use is made thereof, and that it has been disclosed to third parties, where applicable. US Autoparts Car must, at all times, permit the person concerned to obtain access to, and consult the Personal Information about him or her.
The person concerned may also dispute the accuracy of the Personal Information about him or her in US Autoparts Car’s possession, and make the appropriate corrections thereto, in accordance with the law.

In case of doubt regarding the application of this Policy, any employee, representative or agent of US Autoparts Car must consult US Autoparts Car’s Director Administration before taking any action whatsoever which could have the effect of collecting, holding, using, communicating or destroying Personal Information in breach of the present Policy or the law. Any observed or anticipated breach of the provisions of this Policy or of the law which could detrimentally affect the confidentiality of Personal Information held by US Autoparts Car must be reported without delay to US Autoparts Car’s Director Administration.
US Autoparts Car’s Director Administration is available to answer any questions relating to the contents or application of this Privacy Policy.
California residents are afforded certain rights related to their information under state law. US Autoparts Car aims to take reasonable steps to allow California residents to correct, amend, delete or limit the use of your Personal Information, and exercise other rights available under applicable law. US Autoparts Car informs you that, where applicable under relevant law, individuals may be entitled to the following:
