Our diesel air intake heater element bullet terminal is designed with a corrosion resistant material that ensures reliable conductivity connection from the Intake Air Heater Relay which makes for a consistent start up. Our diesel air intake heater element coil is designed with highly heat-conductive material for a faster pre-heat start up therefore reducing white smoke emission at cold engine start up. Our diesel air intake heater element body uses a high grade steel material that is anti-corrosive ensuring good ground conductivity when seated in the air intake housing making for a smoother and consistent operation. Our diesel air intake heater is designed to meet and exceed OE specification and are end of line quality tested to ensure a better product out of the box every time.
